I am on a brief sabbatical after spending 7+ years as a data scientist, manager, interim director, and software architect at Stitch Fix. Prior to that I was a researcher and consultant in the field of energy efficient building design and operations, primarily with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory but with a wide variety of other engagements. I hold a PhD in Architecture from UC Berkeley with an additional academic background in mechanical engineering, operations research and liberal arts, and I am an alumni of the Insight Data Science Fellowship program in Silicon Valley, the HBS Online CORe program, the Stanford Graduate Certificate in Statistics program, and the MITx Micromasters in Supply Chain Management.
